A professional-grade peel brand selling TCA, glycolic, salicylic acid peels and more, in a range of strengths. Their step-by-step videos make at-home peels much less intimidating. This is where I buy all of mine.

ZIIP Halo

A microcurrent device that uses gentle electrical currents to stimulate the muscles in your face, kind of like a workout. It's almost the reverse of Botox: instead of relaxing muscles, it's meant to strengthen them for a lifted, toned look.

APLB Glutathione Niacinamide Facial Cream

APLB is my favorite brand for face moisturizers. The formulas are elegant, ultra hydrating and still lightweight. They're clean and far more affordable than most moisturizers out there.

Musely

An online service for prescription skincare like tretinoin, hydroquinone and estrogen face cream. You fill out a short consult, a doctor reviews it, and your custom prescription is mailed to your door. I've tried their prescription estrogen face cream, and I now use a small amount of their HRT cream daily.

Good Molecules Glycolic Exfoliating Toner

I highly recommend this glycolic acid toner if you want clearer, brighter, more youthful-looking skin. It's especially good for texture and enlarged pores. It's affordable, and I've repurchased it more times than I can count.

Native Mineral Sunscreen

A zinc oxide sunscreen that's free of microplastics, goes on smooth without a white cast and is a great price per ounce. If you can find the original formula, grab it. The newer version isn't quite as clean.

Luminette Light Therapy Glasses

Light therapy glasses that shine bright, blue-enriched light toward your eyes to help set your body clock. I've used them for years, and along with other good sleep habits, they've made a real difference in my sleep quality, how long I sleep and how often I wake up too early.

Oura Ring

A smart ring that tracks your sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, body temperature and activity, then gives you a daily readiness score. The information it gives me has been invaluable for my overall health and wellness, and I check it every morning.

Alpine Silence Earplugs

A premium rebounder with a very soft, smooth bounce, which makes it a nice choice if you want something gentler. It's incredibly sturdy and well made. It was the first rebounder I bought.

A VR headset that turns exercise into a game. You can box, dance or explore new worlds, and apps like Supernatural make workouts fun. Unless you want the newest features, the Quest 3S is the better value.

DexaFit DEXA Scan

A quick, low-radiation scan that measures your body fat, lean muscle and bone density. It's one of the most accurate ways to see your body composition, and it gives you a baseline to track over time.

DUTCH Complete

An at-home dried urine test that maps your sex hormones, cortisol and how your body breaks them down. It takes some prep, but it's one of the most detailed hormone tests you can do at home.DHA Labs may have the lowest price. Check DHA Labs

Genova Metabolomix+

An at-home nutrition test that checks vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, gut health and detox markers from a urine sample. You can add a finger-prick blood spot for fatty acids. It's the most thorough one I've found.

Innerbody Labs NAD+ Support

NAD+ is a molecule your cells use for energy, and levels naturally drop as we age. This supplement is designed to support healthy NAD+ levels. Innerbody Labs is careful about sourcing, which is why it's the one I recommend.

Thorne Creatine

Pure creatine monohydrate from Thorne, one of the most trusted supplement brands. Creatine supports strength, muscle and energy, and it's being studied more and more for brain health. It's third-party tested, with no fillers.

Quince

A clothing and home brand selling high-quality basics in natural materials like cashmere, silk and organic cotton. The quality feels like luxury, but the prices are actually affordable.

LOOV Organic

Organic freeze-dried berries with no added sugar. They keep for a long time and are easy to travel with. I live in a rural area and do most of my grocery shopping online, so these are a staple.

Lineage Provisions

Grass-fed beef sticks with some of the cleanest ingredients I've found. They're an easy, high-protein snack to keep on hand. The Spicy Southwest flavor is my favorite.

Rajani MD PlasmaGLO LED HALO Mask

Dr. Rajani's HALO pairs triple LED bulbs with PEMF energy, using red, near infrared and blue light in a soft silicone mask designed to treat the hairline, crown, face, jowls and neck. iRestore Laser Face Mask Pro

iRestore's Laser Face Mask Pro is one of the rare masks that combines lasers with LEDs: 800 light sources, 150 of them lasers, across 8 wavelengths.
