About a month ago I did a genetic test by Zymo Research which is supposed to tell me my biological age, based on methylation and Steve Horvath’s Epigenetic clock. It measures my biological age, based on my genetics and things that I’ve done to damage my health over the years. Today I have those results and want to share them with the world. Here are my results from the MYDNAge test.
