Michelle, I am so sorry this reply is late. I throw out the cartridge after one use. I try to use it on my neck as well or even my hands before disposing of it, to get the most out of it. I only do it once a month or every two months, so it&#039;s fine for me. :) It isn&#039;t safe to reuse or clean it and reuse it.]]></description>
