Frank, thanks for the comment and sorry for my late reply! Thank you so much for sharing that the Lugol’s iodine has helped you. I am going to buy some today. I have a different brand and type of iodine that I’ve been using. But, so many people have recommended Lugol’s. I will look into Dr. Brownstein too. I actually have his book on iodine. I need to read it again as it’s been years. I hope you find success in healing your thyroid issues. I need to see if the iodine will help with mine. :)

Thank you! So, thought I would read more, and I find this post. Well, one good turn,,,, I’m a bio-med engineer and I’ve been working to reverse my hypothyroid issue for years! I’m carnivore now, (beef and lamb only) which addressed many things, (regular migraines was the big one) and a 20yr Armor customer, but, the big game changer for me was lugols iodine. I suggest you follow Dr David Brownstein. I’ve been for decades. The guy knows his stuff! Iodine addressed issues I had that quite frankly, I thought was not possible. Again, Thanks for sharing!
