Thank you for such a nice comment, Nadine. I am sorry for the late reply! I am not sure if you purchased yet – but I am looking into the sellers now. There are a lot more sellers than there were even a month ago. The reviews on the site (as far as I know) are real. I try to leave helpful reviews on things I buy on there. I am surprised to say that I have had very few problems with purchases and no problems with any pen cartridges. If you do ever have an issue and you want a refund, they are really good about that. For me, I did want to refund one item months back and I figured I’d have to send the item back but instead they gave me an instant refund and told me to keep it. The same thing happened with my mom as well. So, hopefully that is a little reassuring. When I bought my M8 cartridges, I bought from a seller called Meethere – I will try to put a link here: https://share.temu.com/i3lPyPEYw2A. Some of the sellers will say that the cartridges are 0.25mm depth because they want it to sound like the items are nano cartridges when they are not. Just be really careful to choose the right cartridge type – assuming you are looking for ones that aren’t nano needles. I like the 12 pin cartridges. I was planning to buy an extra M8 pen, but then held off as I wanted to see if the M8 cartridges worked with the A6S. I am still thinking about it. I totally understand your reasoning. I have the A6 which is is really old and the A6S and I was thinking – what if they both stop working? It looks like Temu has some for $36-50ish dollars. I am just not sure if I should get it or not.

The whole situation is confusing. I went back onto one of the resellers of the Dr. Pen here: https://us.drpen.co/products/dr-pen-m8-microneedling-pen and the wording in their disclaimer is confusing. From other things I’ve read, it sounds like home-users will be able to use nano cartridges only – so in that case, they should be able to purchase the actual pen device (but not the needle cartridges) if that all goes through with the FDA. But, who knows.

That’s a great precaution to take, I’ll definitely follow suit. I know, I’m seriously considering stocking up on cartridges and maybe even buying a backup M8 pen… Do you still plan on purchasing a pen from Temu? I currently have the A6S based on your recommendation on YouTube years ago! It’s such a bummer that the FDA has gone this direction :(

No problem and thank YOU! I didn’t see this seller before. I think I’ll buy some from them too! I can take some closeups of the needles/cartridges once I get the stuff in the mail. Their cartridges are really cheap. I wonder if it’s their normal price or it’s because some of them are trying to get rid of inventory. I keep thinking that it’s just a matter of time before Temu stops allowing them to sell microneedling supplies. Just to be extra safe, I keep 91% alcohol in a spray bottle at my desk and I will use it on the needles before doing a treatment. It dries almost instantly and then it’s disinfected.

Thank you so much! I had another seller called MEETCARE in my cart but I wasn’t sure how reputable they are. I’m considering buying from both sellers to compare the quality since MEETCARE is so much cheaper. Another question, do you plan on using the needles straight out of the package since they’re supposed to be sterile. Or do you plan on taking an additional sterilization step? If so, would you mind sharing your process?

I bought the M8 11 pin cartridges from a seller under the name MeetThere. The actual company is Shenzhen Yanyi Technology Company and on the packaging, it says they are the manufacturer of the cartridges. I hope this help! Also, on their listing for M8 cartridges, it says Nano in the main image, but these are not nano cartridges. And, they’re still selling the 11 pin cartridges now.
